but these one for newbies are a bit difficult to understand, not only looks too dark (a bit hard to understand you finger motions), as well we can see only the fret hand, not the pick hand too... =(

This is not intended for a neub !!
Neubs fingers will not be string enough to bend up 2 or 3 half steps let alone add vibrato after the bend.
Had you bothered to look at the rest of the lesson this clip is part of you would see that the lesson is labeled:
INTERMEDIATE
as opposed to Easy or Beginner !
Perspective is a marvelous thing !!
The purpose of the video is to show what my left had is doing, hence the picture of the left hand. If you want to see the exercise, then check out the next lesson in the tutorial which has tabbed out vibrato bending exercises.
