I'd like to say he's good for having only played for two years, but he recorded so many layers I'm not sure how fast he actually is. Now his feel is lacking, but since this recording was about goofing off and having some fun, I think we need no further discussion on lack of musical aptitude. This was a show-off piece, and not a bad one for a beginner. Some of the runs (the ones I could clearly define as just one guitar) impressed and surprised me. I mean, let's cut the dude some slack, he hasn't been playing for very long and to be able to do that at two years is, well, something to show off!

Yes, the playing was pretty sloppy at times, but he's no professional for God's sake! So you actually know this kid in person? If you do, tell him to join the forum. I'm sure there are many guitarists here (myself included) who would love to give him a few pointers.
