No, I don't even like Epiphone guitars. They're built too cheaply.... I was just saying there is no basis for a lawsuit like Jolly had mentioned, well, except for the maple neck thing.

Did you buy that guitar brand new??? If not, the neck may not be the original neck. What year is it? They may have changed materials for that guitar at some point.
