Anyone tried or have the new PodxtLive pedalboard? It looks interesting, I just don't know how it stacks up next to my Pod Pro.

I had the kidney bean PODxt for a while and the whole time wished I had my old POD Pro back. I think the xt live has a few updates that might make it better than what I had though. So, I would defanately try this thing out before settling on it! If you do decide on it, would you be selling your POD Pro? ;)

I didn't realize the Podxt Live hasn't been released yet, I just saw it on the Line 6 website. Anyway, I'm definetely going to check it out when it does come out......

I've heard a few other people say they like the Pod Pro better than the Podxt...can you give some examples on that?

I'm not sure if I'll sell my Pod Pro yet. Rob b. already has dibs on it if I do though...it depends on how well the Podxt Live performs with recording vs. my Pod Pro, plus the overall sound.....

I just couldn't get "my" sound out of it. It sounded great, and did a great job recording, but it just wasn't exactly what I was looking for.

Man, I've been searching for "my" sound for 15 years....I can get close with the Pod pro, but to me it just doesn't have the "warmth" of a tubes....The only way I can get close is by using my Boss EQ pedal in the effects loop of the Pod pro and boosting the mids. I think I'm using the British High Gain amp model. I'm looking for that Zakk Wylde kind of tone..

I'll post my review of the Podxt Live when I get a chance to try one out...
