What're ya gonna do, bleed on me?
OR
*thick British accent* Ach! When I was a lad, we used to DREAM of stepping on a land mine!
[QUOTE=Leedogg]My days are pretty much all the same owing to the fact I have no life (at least not a recognizable one). My sleeping is all messed up. I stay up until around 8 or 9 am (something about sunrises makes me sleepy), then I don't get up again until 4pm. I've been like this for about 10 days now. It'll correct itself eventually then I'll be golden for about 4-6 weeks. Maybe I should try some sleeping pills tomorrow night...(just not like Jimi)
There are things you can do (non-medicinal) to correct your internal clock, such as making sure your bedroom is completely dark at night, not having any sugar/caffeine within a few hours of sleep (say, 6), not doing any exercise within a few hours of sleep, etc.
A Google on "insomnia" should turn up a few pointers, too.
... and that's all I have to say about that.
