Nope. Squiers are made in Mexico. Back when Fender still made guitars in Japan the Japanese plants had higher quality control than here.
If you want the highest quality strat for your money your best bet is a well-maintained used Japanese strat.
..where it was made, or what brand it is............ its what you do with it.... i just am looking for a strat.
