We are doing biographies in school and I decided to do Eddie Van Halen. I need to find a book on him, anyone know any good bios on him?and we get like extra credit er sumthin if we dress up and stuff so im going to *try* to dress up like him and bring in my guitar and play runnin with the devil.

o ya, my friends in chorus and today he told me he got in truble for talking......hes like a punk but he still likes classic rock, the chorus teacher thinks he doesnt appreciate the old stuff or something, so his PUNISHMENT is to do a book report on Eddie Van Halen, Bethoven, or Jimmy Paige. He chose eddie. What an awesome punishment.

Rock stars ... is there anything they don't know?

Let's see.....Eddie actually started out playing drums while his brother Alex started playing guitar. They swapped instruments shortly after and the rest is history.

Here's a link that offers some history...

Yeah, you should really flip your teacher out and do a research paper on Frank Zappa....
