Hello guys,
you all have been very helpful in answering my questions, so I have come again. I have been hunting around for an amp for awhile, and I have always know that the Fender 100w Twin Reverb is a one serious amp. I was wondering if any of you had any experience with them. I have played through one at a vintage shop in town and I just love the sound. Their's are mostly 60's and 70's Twins. They are pretty pricey and some don't as great as others and I imagine you could put alot of money into fixing one. So, I found an ad in a paper for a new reissue of the 65'. the amp was made in 2002 and has hardly been played...the asking price is $500...which includes the amp, cover, and foot switch. So what I am getting at is A) are they compirable to the old ones...B) would this be the right price? Thanks!

Everything I have heard about the 65 RI's has been favorable, $500 is a great, don't miss it price, better get there for a test run before someone else does, it won't be around long at that price................

Beware, they are very very loud !!

Nice amps and versatile enough to go from Punk to Blues.

I have a friend who used to use one as his main stage amp.

Watch our for the knobs getting bashed as they tend to detach !
My instructors page and www.studiotrax.net for all things recording.
