Ace is right. If you can't be the leader, find one that has the plan, vision or passion to chart the course. Sitting around wanking is fun but a waste of time if you have any ambition at all. I've been kicked out of bands because I didn't fit the profile that the leader had in mind. Of course my feelings were hurt but bands are like buses; one comes along about every ten minutes. It isn't hard to find people you like to play with, just ask around. If you practice and get REALLY good, you will have to turn bands down because you will be BUSY.
