no sound
hi all,I'm on this forum for the first time,so I dont know if anyone will be able to help me. On the absolute begginers thread [which I certainly am!]I tried to listen,but when windows media player opened it would'nt play.I am useing windows XP and have windows media player installed so I would be very gratefull for anyone to tell me where I am going wrong

Can you listen to a CD on your computer ?
If so then everything is working and there should not be a problem.
You could try opening the file you downloaded with the real player application open. You might also want to check that real player can handle mp3s (you may need an update or something)
