Why should I shut up? I think my questions/suggestions are sound. That's how I would handle the situation. Which, in my opinion, is a lot more mature than complaining about it on an online forum using derogatory terms, or telling someone on an online forum to "shut the **** up".

In no way was my post meant as criticism, so why react so defensively?
