[font=trebuchet ms]I wouldn't assume the guitar was at fault. Some electronic tuners get badly confused by harmonics. A pure tone works best for them, so use the neck pickup instead of the bridge. And roll the Tone knob back a bit. You may also find that you need to mute all of the strings except the one you are tuning.[/font]
