Check out Yorkville Sound. They have amazingly flexible systems, excellent quality, and the best warranty in the business. Two years, "Even if you break it"! They don't charge you for their nameplate either. All of your money goes into build quality and useful features, not their reputation. You can swap e-mails with a customer rep who actually knows what (s)he's talking about. They're all musicians and/or soundmen. The products range from small-gig powered mixers, to arena-ready bin-stacks, drivers, and consoles.

I don't work for Yorkville, but I have used their gear, including Traynor amps, and I know for a fact that you can easily spend more somewhere else, but you won't get better gear for the extra expense.
