Description
This lick uses a five-note pattern - VISUALLY, but since we're playing triplets, our ears will think that a repeating group of six notes will sound even.
This means that different parts of the pattern will fall on different beats, resulting in a more unexpected sound compared to if we were playing a six-note pattern.
The other tricky part of this lick is the use of economy picking, which means using a mini sweep to make the picking across different strings more effective.
