Drop C Intro

In this tutorial we'll introduce to you an alternate tuning that's geared towards today's hard rock and metal players. A lot of people are familiar with the drop D tuning that became popular in the 90's, but what if you we're to go down a step from that? You would get a darker and meaner sound. That's what drop C is all about! And you thought the angst was only in the lyrics.

In these lessons I'll show you how to tune to Drop C as well as a few basic chords and progressions that will give you the keys to write your own music in this tuning.
