String Bending

Description

This position works with an F chord, and be sure to practice all of these whole step bends.

Bend the 2nd string in the 11th fret, from the A# note to sound like the C note in the 13th fret.

Play the 2nd string with a pick, and then bend it. After releasing the bend, play the G# note in the 9th fret. Then you play the root note of the scale, in the 10th fret on the 3rd string.

The note in the 11th fret on the 2nd string is an A# note, or a Bb note. Since Bb is the 4th note in the F scale, that is what we call it. We're still bending the 4th note up to the 5th note in the scale, and here that would be a C note.
