Guitar 1 is an electric guitar with single coil pickups using a clean tone. Guitar 2 is a Les Paul style with humbucker pickups using a clean tone and plays lower in the mix holding chords longer with few rhythm embellishments. Guitar 3 is an electric equipped with a whammy bar and grungy overdrive for the solo. To play the song as a composite for one guitar consider using an amp with a clean and overdrive channel that you can switch between or better yet, a distortion box that can be quickly engaged by foot for the solo.

Set the EQ for all guitars with bass at 11 o’clock, mid at 1 o’clock and treble at 2 o’clock. These settings should get you pretty close to the desired tones using whatever gear you have, but feel free to adjust accordingly.
