There are 2 distinct tones happening on this tune. Guitar 1 in the left channel is a Telecaster through a Fender style tube amp set for semi-distorted and jangly. Guitar 2 in the right channel is a Les Paul through a Marshall cranked up for thick crunch.

For guitar 1, any guitar with a single coil pickup in the bridge position will work great through any Fender style tube amp. For guitar 2, any guitar with a humbucker pickup in the bridge position will work well through any cranked up Marshall style tube amp. For the solos, kick in an overdrive/distortion pedal for some additional sustain.
A touch of spring reverb on each guitar will add some depth into the mix. Check out the settings I used:

1) Marshall Plexi model: Drive: 100% Bass: 50% Mid: 55% High: 85% Presence: 70%

2) Fender Deluxe model: Drive: 100% Bass: 45% Mid: 55% High: 60% Presence: 75%

Spring Reverb: Wet/Dry Mix: 30%
