Add this 4-finger warm-up to your daily routine, and when that gets too easy, start moving it up the neck one fret at a time, working your way all the way up to the 12th fret if you can.
It's a good idea to spend at least 3-5 minutes a day on these before moving on to whatever else you are working on.
You can play these right along with me if you like, or, just memorize the exercise and put it at the top of your list.
