The chorus section opens up with some single note melodies enhanced by a delay effect. You will use notes from the G major scale up at the 10th position. The first half features some cool syncopation, so pay close attention to the rhythm there and play slowly at first to get the hang of it.

The second half is straight 8th note strumming, and notice how that dotted 8th note delay adds a 16th feel to your part. It really gives a sense of motion to that section.
