The electric guitars in the bridge play the power chords C-F-D-F. There is a rhythmic anticipation on the "and" of 4 that happens each time you go to an F chord. This happens 12 measures total, with the last measure ending with a staccato F chord.

After that last measure the same progression will continue for 8 more measures, now simply strumming 8th notes using down strokes - starting with an Db power chord as a quarter note anticipation.

They proceed by playing that progression yet again, this time keeping that Db before all the C chords and adding an E before all the D chords. That also repeats for 8 measures. Isn't cool how many variation you can use for one part?
