If you learn the form of the song (the pattern of the chord changes), then you have the whole thing ready to play. The form for the verse and the chorus are the same. This means if you learn the 16 measures of the first verse, the song form is completed.

The form is:

6 measures of the I chord (D)

8 measures of the V chord (A)

2 measures of the I chord (D)

When the song changes keys, the form remains the same even though we change the chords to the I and V chord in Eb Major. The I chord is Eb Major and the V chord is Bb Major, both barre chords played at the 6th fret.

The strum pattern is the same throughout the song. Learn it solidly before attempting to play with the recording because it is sometimes difficult to hear with 3 guitars and a piano in the mix. It's an easy strum pattern, though, and it provides a solid rhythmic grounding that locks in with the bass and drums.
