Notice the song is in 3/4 time. This means we will be counting to 3 over and again. 1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3 and so on. This song is also in C major. So, most of the notes will be naturals. But there are a few accidentals in there to make it interesting! We can play the entire melody in the first position. This means we only have to use open string notes and notes in the first four frets.
This is the time to look over the score notation and take your time to crefully learn and map out the placement of the notes on the fretboard and in time (rhythmically).
I find it quite easy (so far!) to navigate, and found the "where do I start" to be very helpful! I'm getting there!!
I LOVE the forum, too. I've never been one to use forums, but the GT forum is full of great people and helpful information at ALL levels! Congrats on a WONDERFUL site!!Good job!
