Finger and Picking Technique Exercise 2
This exercise works all your fingers and your alternate picking so that everything about playing country guitar is made easier. Make sure to practice both 8th notes and 16th notes. They are counted the same as when we learned to strum them in the Country Level 1 course. Here's a brief refresher:
8th notes: 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and
16th notes: 1e&a 2e&a 3e&a 4e&a
The only way to work this exercise is with a metronome. If you don't have your own, use the metronome in the tools of guitartricks.com.
