We are gradually going to build up to using the C major scale notes in between a total of four different chords. In each case we will use notes of the C major scale that help us "walk into" the root note of the chord we are targeting.
Notice that with the C major and A minor chords we used the single notes to "walk down" to the open A string. That gave us the right root note of the next chord, the A minor chord. Now on this current lesson we are using the notes D, E and F to "walk up" to the note F. This is the root note of the F chord, the chord we are targeting.
I find it quite easy (so far!) to navigate, and found the "where do I start" to be very helpful! I'm getting there!!
I LOVE the forum, too. I've never been one to use forums, but the GT forum is full of great people and helpful information at ALL levels! Congrats on a WONDERFUL site!!Good job!
