There is no easy way to fast progress. You got to find out, where your playing is lacking (is that
correctly spelled?) and find some exercises to improve these things. Annyway, a fun and healthy way to improve the playing is to play a lot with a band. This will (hopefully) give some inspiration and teach you to listen careful while playing, which is more important than all the tecknique in the world!
