For now, you could just do the spider legs with three fingers or only on the frets & strings you can reach. And play it a little more slowly. Gradually work on increasing your reach & speed as you improve!
When I warm up I do chords & scales, but very slowly & deliberately. So, for example I'll play some simple chord changes like this tutorial in GF2:http://www.guitartricks.com/tutorial.php?input=455

But, when I first start I play them a whole lot slower
, then after 5-10 minutes I'll gradually increase the speed.
