Hello :)

So i just started playing about a week ago and i have been following Lisa in the beginners course. I am now at the point where i am learning to change between the Am chord to the Em chord, and i have been practicing that for about 1-2 hours a day for 2 days and i am still struggling to make the change without some of the strings making funny noises, is this normal? or do you think i am doing something wrong? How long did it take you?

Thanks :)

Good for you for practicing 1-2 hours a day! Your fingers will get stronger and it will come along. Just keep practicing.

You could try doing the changes to a metronome set at a speed you are comfortable with making the change, make sure all strings sound good. Then speed it up incrementaly over time. Days/weeks whatever it takes.
