Hi all!

I am a 34-year-old from the Netherlands. I have had a classical nylon guitar for almost 10 years and have been playing it on and off (mostly off).

I have learned myself some songs by copying youtube tutorials. So I can play about seven or eights songs (or should I say, intro's :D) , almost all travis picking, or at least fingerstyle. The thing is, it feels like I am just performing 'a trick' that sounds reasonably well after a lot of practice. I have no idea what chords I am actually playing though, and my timing is probably way off as well.

So I decided to start over, this time starting learning from the ground up, starting at the fundamental courses.

Since I have a baby and a toddler, my practice time will be kind of limited to the evening hours, but buying an anual subscription will hopefully be the big stick to be consistent in spending time practising.

Love the site, the courses and the involved instructors already, hopefully I can add some value to this site somewhere in the future!

Cheers

Marco

Hi and welcome Marco

good luck with your progress. Lisa's fundamentals are a great place to start.

This year the diet is definitely gonna stick!
