Hello I’m a newbie and already have a question

HI All,

I have just started learning to play the guitar and have a question which I hope some of you have already encountered and overcome.

I have an iPad using IOS 12.2 and the lessons keep hanging, so i tried to download them using the ‘download lesson’ tab on the lesson page but i got the message ‘unable to download to IOS device’.

Has anyone got a way around this problem.

Sorry to ask for help the moment i am on here, but i am really stuck.

I am not using an IPad, but on my laptop, if I touch anything while the lesson is playing, the lesson hangs a bit. I also tried to download some lessons so that I could watch them on a long flight and I didn't have any success in downloading.

Would love any tips that people have on either topic.
