Hi Statubro and a warm welcome to you.

That is so unfortunate breaking your thumb. I hope it heals very quickly.

On the plus side, (that is if you are right handed) you can still start the course.

I wish you all the very best and get loads of enjoyment with your guitar.

I look forward to hearing from you again soon.

Joe.

wow so a whole year plus has past, I have had one broken right thumb. two infected right thumbs from prawn horn stbbing up under thumb nail, just recently got bad infection under left thumb went septic had to skin almost whole thumg to remove puss and bad blood blistering ( 4 weeks of work}, oh and some time in the last twelve months came off the push bike and had major gravel grazing and torn skin on my palms to contend with, also pieces of gravel coming out of my flesh for months.

So all healed now so back to guitar lessons, hmm wonder what wrist will get broken tomorrow lol, { kinda scared thinking about it} so now to get some chords happing for all these lyrics I been writting. Ahh Good to be back...
