Mesa Boogie anything is great for whatever you play. Especially if you like to play loud. I played on one at Guitar Center the other day and turned it up about an eighth of the way... Man, that thing was louder than the 100 watt marshall turned up half way. Go for it if you can afford it man!

Everyone I know who's played one loved it, but I haven't played one, so I'm not sure.

I've been condidering buying one myself, but my local music store doesn't carry Mesa-Boogie (I'd have to drive like 60 miles to get somewhere that does). I don't want to buy one befor plaing on it, so I won't buy one over the web either.
