Hello.
I have tried downloading various lessons with the "Download Lesson" button but I always get the same error:
"Malformed request error 3. Licensed songs cannot be downloaded."
Please advise.

It's true that licensed song lessons cannot be downloaded but I just tried a half-dozen or more other lessons, old and not so old, and download seems to work fine for me.
If your problem persists I believe you'll get faster help from the Help Desk. Click on "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page.

Hey music0 - That download button is supposed to be disabled for song videos, but it looks like there was a bug that made it show up for some videos.
John is right though, due to the contracts with music publishers we can't allow downloads for songs.
