I hold my pick like this. It feels very natural to me.
It's just sometimes i feel like my index finger is touching the strings. Is it something fine and will improve with time or should i work on right holding technique .
P.S. I actually don't believe in right technique, but whatever feels natural.

You got it right when you said you play the way that feels natural. If your index finger is hitting the strings, then it's definitely time to pull back a little bit with your finger, or you can try bigger picks.
