Question I have is it seem as you go over something in one lesson it always say to come back and refresh your self

With loosening your fingers(spider) for 10 minutes, then reviewing chords, then scales, then strumming how can you go forward if you are constantly just using time to "refresh"

Hi lee.mynatt52,

This is a good question. The practice and "refresh" lessons are optional and only recommendations and not a hard rule. Again, learning guitar is not a hard science, and everyone learns at their own pace. You don't have to spend a lot of time warming up if you don't want to.

The only real rule I always say is that you should be having fun!

Best,

Billy
