I am trying to learn the melody of this song arranged by Lisa McCormick. I have watched it many times in slow motion and I cannot see her forming an F chord which is in the 7th bar (barre chord version). Am I missing something??

She is, but Lisa's using an open chord form only barring the first two strings. For whatever reason, the chord diagram chosen illustrates the full barre version, but that's immaterial here in application. Disregard it and use the open simpler form. You'll need to in order to finger F in this progression at the rate the changes have to be effected - beats on F and tempo.
Her playing of F is more apparent in the fingerpicking version, but in the melody version her loiter time fingering F is visually very short and the transition to and from fast. If you blink you'll miss it. But you can see it if you watch for it. Cheers. Edited: for readibility and clarity.
