Well..THAT WASNT HIS GOAL at that time...Seniors Bush's goal was to stop Iraq from invading Kuwait along with the help of other nations. It was known as the Persian Gulf War...Not the Iraqi war..If you knew anytihng about the two then you would know that they were 2 different wars with different goals in mind
