Go to the home page at Guitar Tricks and click on the link that says 'Tab'...
it should give you all the basics you need.

Alternately click on Schmange's links and copy & print out the tab legend on most of his tricks. It gives a complete listing for left and right hand.
(Although don't forget that there's no standard way of writing tabs so not everybody's tab explanations will be identical.
