OK, Ive been playing guitar for 9 years, and im completely self taught. But i need to learn scales and modes. I know maybe a couple of scales, but I have no way of learning modes (low on cash for mode books) I also don't know chords. I pretty much play by ear and tab. So I was wondering if someone could tutor me. I call myself a lead player because i can play other guitarists leads, but I can't write my own. Im kind of up stream without a paddle. Can you help?
