People come and go, life goes on. Can't please everybody, you do the best you can tho. One unhappy customer can't compete with the fact that the majority of the others are content no matter how much he wants to see the place go to ****. Negative is more powerful than the positive, but common sense overrules all.

I gotta disagree about the site going downhill though, I really dig all the new features. Perhaps you identify with Garth from Wayne's World when he says, "We fear change". :D
