Hey all, I just got the line 6 multi-delay pedal (the big green one) and have had trouble figuring where in a song to use what kind of delay and how to write guitar parts incorporating the delay. I am a metal guitarist and have been told many times by people that a lot of metal guitarists use delay but I can not point it out in any metal songs nor can I write guitar parts that sound good using the pedal. My main problem is, I will shred or something and it just sounds so jumbled with the notes playing over each other and everything. For anyone who has this pedal, what are some good settings for shredding and sweep picking? Thanks a lot for your time everyone, take care!
