that 7th fretless thing is beyond amazing - you can do absolutely crazy things with it. everyone who tried that guitar up to now was ambsolutely blown away by that idea (and by that whole guitar XD ).
The guitar did cost 3.500 Euro which is roughly the same in USD. took 9 months all in all (planning, constructing, etc). the sustain is INHUMAN! - we tested it - you can do a virtually endless tone! just turn the am up to a certain degree and the guitar poicks up the vibes and the tone last forever - and its NOT a feedback! the guitar has overtones on spots where i have never been able to produce overtones on any other guitar. even the last 36th fret does sound great!
