Thanks a lot!!! It was recorded live, with three mics (two RODE NT2s and a Shure KSM-32), all into my Mac, running Digital Perfomer. I then EQ's it and used a Mic Modeler plug-in. That helped warm up its sound, and made for a pretty high-quality recording, I guess :)

As for the "age" and stuff, I'm 34 years old... (ANCIENT!) Been playing for eons, but have had bad hand problems since 1997, so my "chops" aren't as polished. (Of course, that makes for some of its charm!) I started playing this kind of stuff because it was fun (and I couldn't solo anymore!). Plus, I love yodeling!

I'd love to hear some of your stuff! What other kinds of people are you looking for, to round out your band to make a recording?? Finding (dependable) people is hard.... I hope you are making progress on ALL of those fronts!!

The fun thing about the "home recording" thing is that you don't need other people... I guess I ended up going that route due to a "lack" of dependable people in my neck of the woods... Of course, do-it-yourself "band" recordingas are a whole lot different than a single guitar & vocals.

Do you have a web site or anything that I can check out??
