As it turned out, it was the right choice - the result was very gratifying. If I had it to do again, I wouldn't change a thing. In fact, I have an early-production Odyssey V neck-through that I'm going to do something similar to. I loathe the Badass bridge that's on it now, so I'm designing a new bridge based on a big block of brass. I'll route a pocket into the top of the guitar body, and set the bridge block into it.

Yeah, I know, Lorda... I was just playin' with ya. I've heard you explain that a couple times before, and you usually ask "Why brass?" yourself, and then answer "Because I had a piece lying around!". But you didn't, so I thought I would ask, in all my smarmy glory.
