Tea is the infusion that results from steeping plant parts (usually leaves or flowers) in boiling water. The kind of plants in the tea are what gives it it's name. i.e. 'Rose Hip Tea', 'Camomile Tea', 'Spruce Tea', 'Orange Pekoe Tea' etc.

... 'sounds like you're drinking 'TN Tea', LOL :D ....
