What you do is set up a curling iron....make it nice and hot, everytime he makes a mistake burn him with it...garanteed he'll show up the next week knowing his ****, or you'll end up in jail, one or the other.

For songs, I like to use Stand by Me and/or Knocking On Heavens Door for starter songs. One by U2 is a nice easy one also.
