When i play a d chord then right after i play 3-2-5-3-2-0 on the high e string i cant seem get any notes off cuz thier masked by the d chord. I have fender texas special pickups which give a little more mid boost but is there thing i can do? I have a effects processor so i can totally manipulate the eq ie highs and lows etc.. Whats your advice to make my high melody stand out after a chord?
