anyone who get's or plans on getting tattoo's should know that "cheap work isn't good and good work isn't cheap!"

I would love to have a nice tattoo but still I can't think of anything that will suit me, to have the right meaning for me. Well, first I think I need to find what kind of person the f*ck I am cause I'm not quite sure yet.
As for piercings, i dunno, maybe having one or two 's not such a big deal, but when I see people with their entire face pierced I get disgusted.
The world is loaded, it's lit to pop, nobody is gonna stop!

I defanately agree with your last statement slow diver. anything can be overdone, and a face full of piercings is defanately overdoing it. But hey, if that's what someone likes, then so be it. I'm not going to judge anyone by their apperience. And as far as tattoo's go, each one of my tatt's has a special meaning to me, and they alway's will, and any other tatt I get will as well.

With everything there's a certain level at which things are their most effective. Too much and it all gets swamped. A couple of well-done and well-placed tattoos or piercings can be cool. Too many rings in your ears and you look like a curtain rail. Too many tattoos and you look if youve got some some creeping skin disease. Ive just got a ring near the top of my left ear and used to have an eyebrow one a few years back. Nicked the idea of Mike Patton.

There are a couple things I have thought about for a tattoo. I was thinking about gettin the molecular structure of seratonin(sp?) on the inside of my left ankle but I decided against that because it's too hard to explain and the benzene ring would sting like none other.

I was also thinking about getting the foreground of this image somewhere-

I know, I'm messed up.

A nifty trick ya can do if you're with a girl ya wanna impress is get a tattoo of her name on your arm. But just before the guy starts, tell him to use just the needle and to do it in blood. Your girlfriend thinks you're totally awesome for doing something so painful like that just for her.
Of course there was no ink used, so as soon as the tattoo heals, her name vanishes.

I come from your typical ultra conservative semi rural Kenyan family, and tatoos and piercings(even piercings for girls)are generally abhored.
Unless I actually get famous from singing, there's no way my family will excuse my gettinga tatoo or piercing anywhere.
However, there two tatoos I'd like to do one day.One is a likeness of my late mother(those tattos that look like drawings/monochrome paintings, where you can actually recognise that this is so and so).The other is a tatoo paying some sort of tribute to Africa.None of that crap american rappers lay claim to;it's something I genuinely feel.
As for piercings,I like those big round white earings some men wear.If I could I'd get one.But like I said, musical fame will be my only "excuse" for having those.
Plus alot of people claim I look feminine(I get confused for a girl often-some people have no taste, otherwise how do you confuse me with a chick?Look at my site and see me yourself),so earings might complicate matters a bit.

Personally tattoos and piercings aren't my thing but my friends are dying to get tattoos, when they are old enough. Some wouldn't be quite counted as sane though. One pierced his eyebrow, as a dare, by himself with a safety pin and another didn't want to pay to have his lip pierced so he did it himself.

In the Uk tattoos were so popular amongst young people in the late 90s but now I think its slowly changing, I think they are kinda tacky and common.
Live n let live aside, I do object to people who go over the top with tatoos and piercings in an obvious cry for attension! People should gain other peoples interest and attension with stimulalting conversation :) I dont half talk a load of crap sometimes huh....

I'm 18 so I havn't filled out yet(I'm a slim 160 lbs at 6'1")once I get 'wide' I want a tat.

A big flaming inverted cross and 'Born Of Fire' in colligraphy(sp) on my back.

Ive had my ears and lip pierced, but the ball on the rings always get lost.
Try once,fail twice...
