You could do something from "The Sound of Music." "Do" a deer a female deer "Re" a drop of golden sun! I'm serious man, as lame as it is, those are the best kinds of songs to start out with because they're easy to sing along with. If you're too insecure with your heterosexuality to sing those songs though, Tom Petty's "Free Fallin'" is pretty easy to sing and play the chords for.
