hello JSV.. no disrespect to you either but that was not a joke. i truely believe that dimebag derrel is perhaps the best metal guitar player in the biz. you may not like his music, but you can't deny he is a well rounded player. he can write REALLY heavy riffs, ha can write really melodic riffs, he can solo like a demon and he has a magical way with the tremolo and harmonics that is outta this world. i really don't get what you don't like about him. he is a great guitar player. you may not like him, or his music but got to respect what he can do.

I think what he's getting at is that Dime isn't that technical a player, the most inventive, the most versital or even the most consistant.

He's a lot like Flea in that they both have very unique styles, but if you're not a fan, they're not impressive players.

You like what you like, he likes what he likes - it's not a big deal.
